- You will need to provide your own transportation
- One home has been lived in for about 8 years. It was designed to take full advantage of the site, with south facing windows and roofline. It operates without purchasing electricity of fuel and emits no greenhouse gases. It features rooftop solar, air source heat pumps, well insulated walls and windows, and energy efficient appliances and more.
- The other home is nearing completion and features rooftop solar, and indoor heated pool, ground source heat pumps (many people incorrectly refer to these as “geothermal” , heat reclamation and much more.
